Sorry your order is delayed, we will do all we can to get it to you ASAP.  We pack fast and well and few orders go astray, but it does happen.   If your order is late, check details of mailing method below.  Also check the address - sometimes customers forget to change their mailing address with Paypal.  Allow extra time over public holidays.

International Airmail Orders
Most orders arrive from Hong Kong within 14-days, but should your order be late, it may be held up by your customs or post office - therefore we can't write it off lost until after 30-days of mailing.  If mailed normal letter post, we will then resend at our expense.  However, for larger orders, and mailings by recorded delivery or parcel post we will then track to see where it is.  Some countries, as above,  can be tracked online (ask us for the tracking number here), other countries can only be tracked more-slowly - please be patient and bear with us.

UK orders mailed  from the UK
These should be with you within 7-days of payment (usually much faster).  However, orders can be held up by the post office, so we don't take as lost until after 21-days when we resend.  Except where tracking proves they have been delivered.  If we can prove your order has been signed-for, we will not be responsible for resending.

International Surface Mail
These should reach you in between 6 to 8 weeks, although some can take as long as 12-weeks.  All are trackable, but we can only take on your behalf after 8-weeks of mailing.

SpeedPost EMS Express Airmail
This is only by special arrangement with us and a fee of US$15 on top of usual airmail.  Orders should arrive between 2 and 4 days of mailing, although occasionally customs can hold up for 7-days.  Very-trackage with time and locations all the way - ask us for the tracking number.

Orders to Italy & Spain
These usually take much longer, the delay being in your own country.  Allow at least 4-weeks.  However, orders in the Spanish Mail can be tracked any time.
